MYWAY
Designer Hi Quality E-Scooters for Adults
After many years in the industry, Prize-winning and world-renown Industrial Designer Nimrod Sapir asked us to help transition his high-quality Adult  E- Scooter from a local 100 units a year to the new upcoming mass market. From our first conversations to now, our management has opened a concessionaire store in Tel Aviv, selling high-quality MYWAY E- Scooters to Celebrities and Hi-Tech personell who chose MYWAY as the way to commute. Octagon has opened the market for MYWAY scooters in Singapore and South Korea. This was the catalyst for connecting to an investor/manufacturer which afiliated the MYWAY brand name to "INOKIM" and selling thousands of adult high quality E-Scooters in mainland China. Today, Nimrod is a partner at INOKIM and R&D vice president, becoming more successful than ever before.

"OPHIR" approached us for consultation on how to transition from a small, local business to a larger, regional business. The major growth impact was altering their perspective. Instead of offering "off the shelf" products, we focussed on the company's flexibility to offer OEM services.
